Printed Mounting THD

A significant number of products that we produce for our customers were developed years ago and are conventional in construction. The application of these prints is often very specific, and the series size is limited. These prints are therefore produced by us in small series, where the THD components are mounted and subsequently soldered on our wave soldering machine. Lead-free production (RoHS compliant) was included in our business process a few years ago. However, a lead-containing soldering process is still desired and permitted for a number of market segments. These products are therefore still produced with lead and soldered on our "lead-containing" wave soldering machine.

Printed circuit board mounting SMD

SMD print assembly is completely lead-free (RoHS complaint). We have a modern SMD production line for this purpose, with which all common components (such as BGA, fine pitch and 0402) can be placed without any problems. For soldering our SMD prints, we use a “Vapor Phase” soldering machine. This precisely temperature-controlled process is completely inert due to the vapour blanket and guarantees good soldering. Because we specialise in small series, we can also flexibly produce prototypes and zero series of 5 to 10 pieces.
